| More information | Mobility Flow is designed to open up your body through flexibility and mobility work. You'll release tension as you move through dynamic flows that blend creative and challenging transitions, balances and core work. Studio Tempo is wellness center for women, but everyone is welcome to the classes in Sports afternoon and in SYKETTÄ sport calendar! Remember to do the cancellation at the latest Tuesday 5th of October (1 days before the event), if you can’t participate the event. You can make the cancellation at SYKETTÄ Sports Calender the same way you enroll for it. If you forget to do the cancellation of the event or you do it too late, it costs you 10 €.
